Caila Murphy is a writer who finally has the time to write the things she wants to write. Writing has always been a part of her life, the easiest way for her to truly express herself. With work and a family (and an obsessive tendency to read every time she gets a spare minute) Caila has let too many opportunities to sit down and write pass her by in the past. But no more! Now as an at-home mom, this blog gives her the excuse, and motivation, to do what she’s neglected for too long. Sink or swim, she’s diving in!
Caila’s professional experience includes public relations writing, journalism, writing for the web, and writing for marketing. She recently cut loose from the working world and is now working on a project closer to her heart, her own book.
The most important things in Caila’s life are her family and her relationship with God. She believes we are all created to worship Him and are given the tools to do so, if we are only willing to use them. So she offers up her keyboard (no longer a pen!) to the One who gives her life, breath and all things.
Caila treasures her loving husband, Brian, and their beautiful and active son, Hudson. They live together in the land of sun and palm trees, California.

Da Murphys!
my darling girl-
I loved reading your new blog! May you be blessed by God as you write; may His Hands guide yours as they hover over the keys and I pray He will offer you many creative moments.
Love, mom
We’re looking forward to what you write. You have insight into many things, and recording those insights could lead to some big changes God would bring about in the world. May your generation rise up and take on the daily calling of living for Jesus. May those you influence stay true to the Word and to Christ’s church, not forsaking either no matter what others say or do. This blog could be one way Christ accomplishes this. Love, Aunt Robin
Caila! I am an avid reader. I won’t get too sentimental, but you are a blessed writer. Tell Hudson I said hi. And Brian. I want to read your next blog!
Caila!
Was doing a Facebook Search and found you! Congratulations on your sweet little boy!! Awesome!! I’ll be reading through your blog. I have one also, it was started by Trent and Audrey from Fusion, when I got Leukemia! Crazy long story! But with God’s will I’m still here, enjoying every day of life…. I give all my praise to the Lord.
